Adjustment:
The elastics go around the ears, and are extra-long to accommodate large face sizes. Medium and small sizes can adjust the straps with included silicon slide adjusters. Large faces can simply pull the adjusters off for best fit.
Care:
Wash once a day or after each use. Hand wash with hot soapy water and air dry, or wash in a machine with your clothes and tumble dry low. Use an iron to press the pleats if desired, while avoiding the nose wire and elastics so they don't melt. Cotton has been pre-washed so these won't shrink.
